Pamela Leonce is a housing professional with over 30 years’ experience within the sector. She has extensive governance and leadership experience, having been Executive Director across housing, health, social care, and in the criminal justice sector. She is CEO of Stowhill Consultancy, Chair of Inquilab Housing Association, Board member of Sovereign Housing and an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to Saxton Bampfylde. Previous roles include, Sustainably Advisor to the Mayor of London and Board Member of Barclays Foundation. Pamela is passionate about good governance and the impact it has on creating sustainable and diverse organisations. Pamela lives in East London so being part of a local housing provider that is committed to quality housing is something that is extremely important to her.
