Our growth strategy has helped us achieve ownership of 2400 homes, with plans for further growth, allowing us to better serve our customers and our local authority partners.

As our Chair, you will help drive forward our new corporate plan, which has a primary focus on providing excellent customer service for our tenants. Partnership working is key to delivery, so your strong interpersonal skills, and inclusive approach, will enable you to develop and maintain good external relationships, promote collaborative working and successfully lead our established and proven Board. Providing strategic support and challenge to our executive team, you will ensure that we deliver on our values and vision, and will share our understanding of the importance of providing additional services to make a difference in our tenants’ lives.

Your professional experience could be drawn from any sector; but you will be able to demonstrate confident leadership in achieving collective strategic decisions, possess strong non-executive and strategic experience, and work creatively with partners to provide services that meet our tenants’ needs whilst maximising value for money.
