Local Space, the only housing association to have a reaffirmed top credit rating of AA- by S&P Global
Local Space celebrates affirmed AA- credit rating from S&P on 10th June. After a robust review was undertaken by S&P, Local Space is the only housing association to hold the AA- credit rating.
A light touch review took place at Local Space on 25th January and in February S&P affirmed its AA- rating for the third year on the run. A full review was undertaken 3rd April and a final S&P report issued to Local Space on 10th June 2019.
Josie Parsons, Finance Director at Local Space, said, “Local Space is very proud that its financial model has supported its ability to maintain the highest credit rating in the housing sector.”
