We are pleased to announce that Local Space have secured a top credit rating from Standard & Poors for the sixth year in a row. We are currently the only UK Housing Association to hold this AA- rating, and comes at a time when we the Regulator for Social Housing has also confirmed our top level rating of G1/V1 for governance and viability.
