Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) are new requirements for social housing providers. They are designed to make it easier for residents to find out how their housing provider is run, how decisions are made and how services are delivered.
We want our information to be clear, accessible and easy to find. This page explains what information you can access.
From 1 April 2027, you will be able to request information from us about the management of your social housing.
