As Head of Asset Delivery, Mykhal is responsible for repairs and maintenance and all planned, cyclical, major and refurbishment works as well as void property servicing. He also oversees aids and adaptations and healthy homes, contributing to Local Space’s efforts to meet the Consumer Standards. Mykhal has 21 years’ experience in repairs and maintenance, property services and surveying.

Mykhal is leading a programme which sets out Local Space’s approach to repairs and maintenance. He also acts as an escalation point for stage two complaints and Councillor and MP enquiries, working closely with the Complaints Team. Mykhal is a Chartered Building Surveyor and holds MCIOB status.
