As Interim Director of Property & New Business, Danny is responsible for leading both teams and advising on service delivery improvements and wider transformation projects. He began working with Local Space in August 2025.

Danny has over 20 years’ experience in social housing, working across housing associations and local authorities in roles covering asset management, repairs and maintenance, building safety, compliance, and voids. He started his career as a plumber before progressing through a variety of roles to Board level, working with organisations including L&Q, Aster, United Living, First Choice Homes Oldham, London Borough of Camden, and London Borough of Newham.

He is a strong advocate for sector-wide improvements in tackling damp and mould. Danny has led equality, diversity and inclusion programmes, covering topics such as disability awareness, anti-racism and allyship.
