As Head of Housing, Carl is responsible for rent collection, lettings, transfers, antisocial behaviour management, estate services, and broader tenancy management functions.

Carl is dedicated to supporting both new and existing customers throughout every stage of their tenancy journey, ensuring fair, transparent, and high-quality housing services.

He joined Local Space in 2020 from Homes for Haringey, where he previously led departments across business improvement, complaints, voids, income management, and tenancy services.
