On 21 August, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of Local Space with our residents at our Family Fun Day.

And what a fun day it was! With games, crafts, music and laughter, it was a time for joy and connection. It also provided the perfect opportunity for us to hear from our residents, listening to their experiences firsthand, with the whole family able to join in.

Ian Lush OBE, our Chair, was there to witness the strength of the community spirit that makes Local Space what it is, joining residents and colleagues to celebrate this milestone in Local Space’s journey.

We are really proud of the work that we do, especially when opportunities like this arise, to come together and engage with residents meaningfully, to listen and turn feedback into action.

We’re so grateful to everyone who attended and made the day so special – thank you. Here’s to continuing to build strong communities together for many years to come. And many more foam parties, face painting and bouncy castle dancing!
