As Director of IT & Transformation, Debbie is responsible for leading technology, digital change and business improvement initiatives, ensuring our systems, data and teams support Local Space’s strategic goals.

She works to ensure technology and transformation deliver customer-centric and efficient services across the organisation. Debbie has over 25 years’ experience working in housing associations, spanning a range of functions from operations to IT and transformation.
