We’ve launched a brand-new newsletter for our residents. Your Space has been designed to celebrate the community, share residents’ stories, and strengthen connections between us and our residents.
Your Space reflects Local Space’s ongoing commitment to involving residents in shaping communications and services. Feedback gathered through resident surveys and discussions with the Residents’ Panel played a key role in defining the newsletter’s new approach, ensuring it reflects residents’ priorities and interests.
What’s new
Your Space features many improvements, such as:
- Clearer section headers for easier navigation and readability.
- A cleaner and more modern design, reflected in the front cover, contents page and clear sections highlighting important information for residents.
- A new name to create a more personal and welcoming identity.
- Regular resident-focused features such as upcoming or previous events, opportunities, and practical tips on money-saving and home maintenance.
We look forward to hearing residents’ feedback to help shape future communications and continuously improving the newsletter.
