As Head of People and Governance, Gordon is responsible for supporting the People Services Manager in payroll, recruitment and HR. He also supports the IT Manager in the delivery and budgeting of our operating systems. Gordon deputises and supports the Director of People and Governance to lead the directorate.

Gordon joined Local Space in January 2024, with over 30 years’ experience in the public sector, covering personnel administration, information administration, training and finance.
