Carl joined Local Space in September 2020 as our Head of Operations. His areas of responsibly cover our housing, property, and asset management services (including health and safety). Before joining Local Space, Carl worked at Homes for Haringey (a wholly council owned organisation managing over 20,000 homes). At various points of his time at Homes Haringey he headed up their Business Improvement, Complaints, Voids, Income Management, and Tenancy Services departments. And before that he worked alongside Directors at Haringey Council to help improve Homelessness, Planning, and Adult Social Care Services. What drives Carl is a determination to constantly improve our services to meet the expectations of our customers.
