To report a repair during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

Please note that our repairs partner, Axis Europe, are now handling our repair calls directly. When you press Option 2 you’ll be put straight through to them. Their team will arrange for your repair request to be dealt with.

Your repair will be given a priority where we will carry out repairs within the following timescales:

  • Emergency – completed with 24 hours
  • Urgent – completed within 7 days
  • Routine: completed within 31 days

You can also report a repair via My Account. This is an online service which is available 24/7.

For the housing management and customer services team (during normal office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

For emergencies out of normal office hours (after Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

  • Call Local Space on 0208 221 4000 where your call will be re-directed
  • For gas and heating emergencies: call K&T Heating Services 0800 294 1104
